What students say…

[Translated from Chinese original below]
I’m deeply grateful for Laoshi‘s patient guidance. You have taken the time to elaborate and demonstrate the intricacies of Tai Chi (Taiji) to me repeatedly and patiently. Only through this process have I begun to grasp the profound meaning of Tai Chi. I plan to reorganize and prioritize my schedule to dedicate more time to Tai Chi.

Yesterday, I practiced the Silk Reeling exercise routine, although there was lingering chronic pain in my injured waist… the gentle, flowing spiral movements of SRE seemed to ease the pain. As I was practicing the exercise, the discomfort gradually dissipated. Much like hidden threads of silk unwinding and dispersing all the discomfort and pain, and replaced by a sense of relaxation and dexterity.

My forever gratitude to Laoshi’s tireless efforts to convey your knowledge and experience through verbal instructions and physical demonstration. I finally understand why [my friend] was willing to give up her gym membership to spend more time on Tai Chi.

The benefits of this practice are truly remarkable and difficult to put into words…

I have taken classes with Sifu Tony for more than six years. I started learning Taiji for health reasons. Under his guidance, Taiji has helped me tremendously in healing my lower back injury and becoming stronger both mentally and physically. Later, I discovered the beauty of Taiji as a martial art, and it has become a lifelong learning for me. Sifu Tony is a very dedicated and experienced teacher. He responds to your questions and concerns, helping you use Taiji to best suit your needs.
